Mehwish Hayat shares her contemplation regarding Tezgam train incident
November 1, 2019
The fire, fanned by the wind on the cruising train, immediately spread to two different compartments of the train finding most travelers napping. The train driver, Muhammad Siddique, said the fire began at 6:18 in the first part of the day.Prayers & condolences for all those who lost their lives in the #Tezgam incident. Made even more tragic by the fact that it could’ve been prevented if adequate checks on baggage had been in place. How was a restricted item , a gas cylinder allowed onboard?Safety has to come first
