I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Found it off someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is genuinely big — somewhere around 3,000+ slots going by the counter, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both load quick on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve used a handful of times on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet sport rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slow.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
I’ve been punting on Tenobet for the spring, so I figure I have a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Found it via a mate of mine who was chasing something with proper lobby depth without the usual deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s honestly massive — about 3,000+ titles last I looked, with the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both run fine on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check the live offers, have a look at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; card payouts took closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — they took a day and a half to verify me, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so it’s the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
