Ankur Vikal is a film actor, hailing from India and exclusively work in the Hindi cinema. He also worked as a theatre actor and gained immense popularity. In 2000, he did his graduation from the National School of Drama. Later, he joined the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda where he studied Architecture. Also, he worked in the Motley Theatre Group and appeared in several plays including Manto Ismat Haazir Hain, Safed Jhoot Kaali Shalwar, Katha Kollage II, and others are worth sharing. He also acted in various movies and is mainly known for the role in the movie “Mango Souffle”.

Career

After working in theatre plays, he then decided to work in the movies as an actor and started appearing in movies. He took the start with the movie named “Mango Souffle” which is an Indian ground-breaking movie followed by highly famed movies “Maqbool” and “Missed Call”.

In 2008, Ankur Vikal also appeared in the movie “Slumdog Millionaire” and fortunately, it had earned a nomination for 10 Academy Awards in the year 2009. Also, the film got 8 awards for different categories, like; best Picture, Best Director, and Best Adapted Screenplay, and many more awards have received.
