Ashley Laurence is an American actress. She performed the lead role Kirsty Cotton in Clive Barker’s 1987 film Hellraiser (1987) and its sequels Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988), Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992), and Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002).
Career
The film franchise established her as a popular actress in horror, and she subsequently starred as Shawn in Mikey (1992) and The Lurking Fear (1994) as Cathryn. She appeared as Nicole Miller in the action film Stranger by Night (1994), which Gregory Dark directed.
Ashley Laurence’s other notable film roles include Mary Parker in Savate (1995) and Carla in Livers Ain’t Cheap (1996). Besides the film, Laurence has had guest appearances on a television series including Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1996) where she played Daniela. She appeared as Pam on the television sitcom Suddenly Susan (1997).
