Christel Adnan Mina Khalil commonly known as Crystal Khalil is a young, beautiful American actress. The Hollywood celeb was born on 30th November 1987 in Los Angeles, California, America. Her father was a Pakistani immigrant, Adnan Khalil and mother was a mixed African-American-European descent, Belita Edwards. She has four siblings, three older brothers, and a younger paternal half-sister. She got married to a musician, Stephen Hensley in September 2008. She blessed with a son. But unfortunately, she got divorced in 2011.

Career Journey

The actress is best known for her debut as Lily Winters who is a fictional character of a child for her first five years period in “The Young and the Restless” on the American television CBS, soap opera. “The Young and the Restless” is a cleanser musical drama. It was the beginning of her career.

Khalil has also made her acting debut in movies to play as a side roles artist, such as in “Matilda”, starring with Danny DeVito in 1996. “Matilda” is an American, family, fantasy, comedy film which was based on a novel of the same name written by the Roald Dahl. The film tells about a young genius girl whose name was Matilda. The other movies of Khalil are Dragon Fury, Interview with the Assassin and White Like the Moon.

She has also voiced as Cornelia Hale in the serial “W.I.T.C.H” which is an American-French animate comic TV serial, based on the Italian comic book series of the same name. This serial is about five teenage girls who have some magical powers over the five elements of nature. She was also portrayed in the many American supernatural sitcoms such as “That’s So Raven” which tells a story of a teenage girl with psychic abilities. Her other famous sitcoms were “Malcolm in the Middle”, starring with Frankie Muniz which follows a story of a dysfunctional middle-class family.

Khalil is a multi-talented actress. She has also appeared in the Los Angeles Theater productions as well as in an official music video named “Beautiful Queen” of the famous American musician Johnny Britt in 2012.

Khalil is the recipient of two America awards. Her first award is the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series in 2008. She also won the 39th Daytime Emmy Awards which was held on 23rd June 2012, for the Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series.
