Sam Morril is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. Sam was born in Chelsea, although he grew up in New York City. 1. Early Years Of His Life

He attended Browning School in Manhattan’s Upper Eastside. Sam’s parents divorced when he was a little child, so he was raised by a loving stepfather and mother. His stepfather, a well-known attorney in the publishing industry, gave him the name Morril. His mother, Marilyn Greenberg, is a painter. [1]

2. Educational History

He graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans after attending the Browning School in Manhattan.

3. Struggling Time

Morril was named one of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch” in 2011 and has collaborated with Dave Attell, Marc Maron, Conan O’Brien, and Amy Schumer, among others. He interned on The Colbert Report before appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in April 2016. He competed on America’s Got Talent in 2016 with his stand-up routine but did not win. [2]

4. His Famous Releases

In September 2018, Comedy Central aired his first one-hour special, Positive Influence. In February 2020, his second one-hour special was released on Comedy Central’s YouTube channel. Morril has been in a relationship with fellow comedian Taylor Tomlinson since March 2020.

7. A Successful Show Of His Own

Morril hosted his program on MSG, “People Talking Sports,” which lasted for two seasons and was nominated for an Emmy. Joker, a movie that is up for an Oscar, features an appearance by Morril as well.
