1. Openly Gay

Tituss is proudly gay. He isn’t married and doesn’t have any children, but he does tease that he might or might not have a boyfriend. In an interview, he stated that he has never had a girlfriend. He had known he was gay since he was a child. [1]

2. Loves Theatre

Tituss has loved performing on stage since he was a child. In 2005, he made his Broadway debut in the musical “Good Vibrations” as “Eddie”. He also played “Hal Miller” in “Jersey Boys and Sebastian the Crab” in “The Little Mermaid: The Musical” in 2007. He’s also appeared in a number of regional theatre productions, such as “Jesus Christ Superstar and The Wiz”.[2]

3. Performed For Benefits

Tituss has always enjoyed putting his musical abilities to good use for the benefit of others. He performed in a number of benefit concerts, including Broadway for Obama in 2008, the Broadway After Dark benefit concert in 2008, and a number of others.
