  1. Does anyone know where I can find Steve Martin’s favorite foods? I just opened SlapStix Comedy Club in Waco Texas, Steve’s Birth Place. We are serving food and looking to have Signature Sandwiches named after comedians and of course we will have a “Steve Martin’s Croque Madame” we are trying to decide what kind of meat he like most to make up this signature sandwich.

  2. Douglas White says:

Steve Martin is a great banjo player and amazing with Scruggs.. His top movie for comedy in my
list of his movies was Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. (Mother not Mother). His skits on TV gut busting.
He has certainly rated in my books as one of the top 5 comics in the last 30 years.. Working
along side Robin Williams, who I met in Toronto at the Firehall Theatre. Myself and my date were
sitting at the table against the stage and when he arrived all the other comedians sat down on the
stage and watched him work. Due to lack of quality sound system, he was speaking at the top of
his voice and a bit of spittle come flying out and nearly hit my girlfriends drink. Robin leaned over
to my gal and stated in a low voice that is why you have little umbrellas in your drink. All of the audience killed themselves laughing. I have been or seen many quality comedians and I know great stars from W C Fields onward… Steve Martin is a man of many talents and I loved all his antics.
