Amitabh Bachchan sells the Bachchan’s first family home. Which was his parents Teji and Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s family home. The house is located in Gulmohar Park area of South Delhi. Bachchan’s first family home is sold in massive amount of INR 23 crore. The house was registered and leased on his mother Teji ‘s name.
The new owner of house Sopaan is Avni Bader. Avni is the CEO of Nezone Group of companies. Moreover, Avni discussed with Economic Times that she is planning demolish it. Avni added that she was looking for a property is this area. When she heard about this offer. However, she immediately closed the deal with Amitabh Bachchan.
In addition, Real estate dealer Pradeep Prajapati shared the reason behind this news. Pradeep said that Amitabh’s parents are living in his Mumbai home Jalsa. Therefore Amitabh decided to sell the house.
