American Express has taken legal action against Brielle Biermann, the daughter of reality TV personality i.e., Kim Zolciak. For not clearing the unpaid credit card balance of $12,870.25.
According to legal documents, the credit card company claims that the 26-year-old has neglected to meet the minimum payments required for her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card. This development was reported by TMZ on Tuesday.
Biermann’s representative informed TMZ that the reality star has intentions of completely settling her outstanding balance by Wednesday.

This lawsuit represents the most recent financial challenge for the family. Brielle Biermann, her 45-year-old mother Zolciak, and her 37-year-old adopted father Kroy Biermann have been facing legal actions related to ongoing debts over the past few months.
In an effort to raise funds, Zolciak sold some of Brielle’s luxury items last month, with asking prices reaching as high as $20,000 for these premium items.
