Actually, David Bowie’s anisocoria was caused by a simple argument over a girl. Bowie had an argument with his childhood friend named George Underwood, which turned physical. Underwood punched Bowie in the eye and had scratched Bowie’s eye with fingernails and permanently disabled the iris.
