How reliable are Wyze devices over time?

Smart home devices can work perfectly when new but become much more difficult to judge after months of regular use. I’m looking at Wyze Labs products and am particularly interested in long-term reliability rather than just the initial setup. Connection stability, app performance, firmware updates, and whether devices continue working consistently are all things I would consider before expanding a smart home system. Customer support can also make a big difference when troubleshooting becomes necessary. For people who have owned Wyze devices for a while, how have they held up?
