Is the Union Plus card worth using?

I’m comparing different credit cards and trying to look beyond introductory offers when deciding whether one is worthwhile. With the Union Plus Credit Card, I’d be interested in the everyday experience, including account management, fees, rewards, and how easy it is to get help when there is a problem. A card can offer useful benefits but still be inconvenient if the online account tools or support are difficult to deal with. Long-term value seems more important to me than a short-term promotion. For current cardholders, what has been the biggest advantage of using it?
