In commercial projects, residential schemes, hospitals, hotels and infrastructure projects, construction mock-ups are very common. They are particularly useful when a project features intricate designs, or high-quality finishes. A construction site mock-up will allow the project owner to be confident that the materials and construction methods that are being used will provide the results they are expecting before they reach full scale production.
