The Queen of Italian cinema Monica Vitti died at 90. On Wednesday, the veteran Italian actress dies at the age of 90. The announcement has made by her close friend. Walter Veltroni shared the announcement on his Twitter account.
Veltron wrote that: “Roberto Russo, her life companion for many years, asked me to announce that Monica Vitti is no longer here. I do this with pain, affection and regret,”
Monica Vitti was notable for her work with some of Europe and Italy’s filmmakers. After that, She got popularity all through the 1960s and 1970s. Monica got popularity after her performance in Michelangelo Antonioni’s international breakthrough trilogy. (“La Notte”, “L’Avventura” and “L’Eclisse”). In 1980, Monica again worked with Antonioni in “The Mystery of Oberwald”.
