Shah Rukh Khan attended the funeral of late Lata Mangeshkar. King Khan was seen after a very long time in public. He raised hands for dua at the funeral. After that, he blows towards Lata Mangeshkar as it is the ritual in Islam. A BJP leader criticized him for making dua. He turned ‘Dua’ into ‘Spitting’.
His fans supported him for the dua gesture. But, some critics started to troll him for making dua at the funeral. However, the actor was only following a Islamic ritual. But, somehow people turned it into spitting.
Urmila Matondkar who is an Indian actress as well as a politician. She supported Shah Rukh Khan. She explained that praying is not called spitting. In addition, she said:
“As a society, we have deteriorated so much that we think praying is spitting. You are talking about an actor who has represented the country on various international platforms. Politics has reached such low levels and it’s really sad.”Moreover, The veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar died on Sunday at the age of 92.
