Shraddha Kapoor pays a heart touching tribute to the legendary Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar. However, The actress is known for her role of Arohi in Aashiqui 2. Lata passed away on Sunday. She was admitted in the hospital since a month. She was also suffering from pneumonia. The veteran singer died at the age of 92.
Moreover, Shraddha Kapoor shared an old post on her Instagram. She posted a picture with Late Lata Mangeshkar. The picture is featuring young Shraddha and Lata Mangeshkar. In the picture, both are shown smiling and laughing. She dedicated a heartfelt note to her ‘aaji’.
In addition, Shraddha wrote: “I will forever cherish the honour of having shared precious moments with you. Your hand on my head, your warm gaze, your loving words of encouragement. Thank you for your simplicity, divinity, excellence and grace. Truly the greatest of all time! I love you Lata Aaji.”
For unversed, Shraddha’s grandfather Pandit Pandharinath Kolhapure was Lata’s cousin.
