Why was the Akhil Akkineni wedding called off?

Akhil Akkineni was about to get married in 2017 to Shriya Bhupal who is the owner of the designer label Shriya Som. He was engaged to Shriya Bhupal from December 2016 to February 2017. They spend two years together before they got engaged. Unfortunately, in a few weeks, things goes wrong with them and they broke up very unconditionally.
