Ayyan started her career at 16 years in 2010 and got overnight fame after her first performance. She has walked in ramp for almost all the topmost designers of Pakistan, such as Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Karma, Maria.B, Chinyere (Bareeze), Gul Ahmed and HSY, etc. In her starting year, she got the title of Calvin Klein ‘Beauty of the Year 2010. She also worked as a brand ambassador.

In 2014, Ayyan started her singing career and released her single “You and I” along with her music video on the occasion of Eid al Fitr. Her other songs, including “Earthquake” and “Making Dollars”.

The Model was charged for money laundering on14 March 2015, when US$506,800, which is an illegal amount of money was discovered by the Airport Security Forces from her luggage at the Benazir International Airport in Islamabad before her flight to Dubai. She was presented before a customs judge who ordered to send her on a fourteen-day judicial remand. While her interrogation, she allegedly named several Pakistani politicians and it was cleared that model involved in money laundering. However, Ayyan was released from jail on bail on 16th July 2015.
