He is the co-founder and managing partner at Fifth Wall. Fifth Wall is the greatest venture capital finance focused on building world technology based in Los Angeles, California. In an interview with
FUTURE PropTech, he said “We drive collaboration between the largest owners and operators of real estate in the U.S.”
Wallace also co-founded Cabify, a ridesharing company in Latin America. The company identified data and analytics focused on workforce development. In 2014, the software company, Workday, gained it.
In 2004, he graduated from Princeton University and holds a B.A in political science and economics. Later, he received an MBA from Stanford Business School in 2010. He grew up in a “real estate family” and began his career as a real estate analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Wallace worked for The Blackstone Group’s real estate department in NYC, after college. Currently, he lives in Los Angeles. In an interview with The Real Deal in 2020, he talked about the relationship between landlord and tenant needs to change.
