Darsheel Safary is a young, most-talented star who is working in both the Bollywood film and entertainment industry and has worked on many projects. Career
In 2007, Darsheel Safary took the start of his professional career as a child star with a Bollywood debut movie “Taare Zameen Par” which was directed by Amir Khan. For this role, Darsheel was honored with the Best Actor Filmfare Critics Award. Darsheel Safary was so passionate about acting from an early age and Anmol Gupte found him the right choice for this role. Among various auditions, he chose Safary to play the role of a child having a learning disorder. One of his interviews, Darsheel revealed that he had plans to be a singer and dancer, or a businessman or jewelry designer. In 2012, he took part in a reality dance TV show “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa” but unfortunately, he was eliminated from the show as he ranked in 7th position. In 2010, he worked in “Bumm Bumm Bole” which was earned a nomination for the Best Foreign Language film. In 2011, he performed in “Zokkomon” which was directed by Satyajit Bhatkal. In 2012, he appeared in “Midnight’s Children” which was directed by Deepa Mehta. Among TV shows, he appeared on “Taarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma” which became an instant hit. In 2015, he also appeared on “Lage Raho Chachu”. In 2016, he also appeared on “Yeh Hai Aashiqui-Sun Yar Try Maar”.

In 2008, Darsheel Safary was honored with several awards for the different categories for the movie “Taare Zameen Par”. He was honored with the Filmfare Critics Award for the category of Best Actor, also earned a nomination for the same category at Filmfare Award.
