Karen Kopins is an old American actress and former model. She is best known for starring in films Fast Forward (1985), Creator (1985), Once Bitten (1985), opposite Jim Carrey, and Jake Speed. She has appeared in guest roles in various television shows, including The A-Team (1986) and Riptide (1984).

Career

Karen Kopins played Kay Lloyd during seasons 11 and 13 of Dallas, a love interest of Bobby Ewing. She later joined the cast as one of Charlie’s Angels (1976-1981) in the unaired spinoff Angels ’88. She had a minor role in an episode of Amazing Stories (TV series, 1985), which Steven Spielberg directed. Currently, she lives in Redding, Connecticut, with her family.

Kopins attended Ridgefield High School and graduated from Marymount College In the United States. Later, she moved to California to pursue an acting career. In 1977, she was Miss Connecticut, having entered the pageant as Miss Ridgefield.

She played Kathy Heller in the NBC drama series Midnight Caller (1989) and Eugenia Weeks in the sitcom television series Designing Women (1990). Her other television work includes Archie: To Riverdale and Back Again (1991) and The Cosby Mysteries (1994).
