An Indian Actress Kishori Shahane took birth in Maharashtra, on 23 April 1968. By occupation, she is a brilliant actress, producer and, a dancer. She is not only a good actor but has fame producing the film based on the life of Sai Baba of Shirdi. She got her education from Mithibai college and during her study in the college she won the title of Miss Mithibai.

She started doing acting in Marathi Films named Maherchi Sadi and Wajva Re Wajva. Her two stage performances one in Hindi titled Aadhe Adhure and others in Marathi Moruchi Maushi became the reason for her recognization. After this Ek Daav Dhobi Pachad and Navra Majha Navsacha were Kishori’s super hit films. She also appeared in Hindi films directed by Vikram Bhatt titled Pyaar Mein Twist and Red: The Dark makes her able to perform a different style of acting.

After the recognization of Kishori’s talent by Deepak Balraj Vij, he cast Kishori in his two movies titled Hafta Band and Bomb Blast. When they are working together for shooting the Hafta band they both became closer with one another and decided to get married. Kishori Shahane was cast in famous Hindi serials called Ghar Ek Mandir, Jassi Jassi Koi Nahin, and Sindoor Kishori was playing her role well. These Hindi serials played a very crucial role in Kishori’s popularity.

Kishori is also talented in classical dancing she also performed on the stages of India and of Abroad. Kishori music video titled  Saavan was also liked by people. In the part in the Mrs. Gladrags Beauty Pageant show, she participated for 13 years and in 2003 she was a runner-up of this show.

She produced and directed the Marathi films Mohatyachi Renuka and Aika Dajiba and also a Hindi movie Malik Ek in which she cast Jackie shroff. One of her movies was based on the life of Sai Baba called Malik Ek. Her current project is the Hindi serial titled Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.
