Almost 👶🏽💙🍼 #38weekspregnant … could literally meet my little guy any day now 🥰I’m still working full time, my friends and colleagues are afraid to go out with worries that I’m gonna go into labour in front of them 😂😂 Anyways.. I’m doing lots of walking, getting in mini workouts a couple of times a week, and doing my kegels and Pilates zip ups (which seem to be called belly pumps in ‘pregnancy land’ 🤔)… I’ve been doing zip ups ever since I got my Pilates certification well over 10 years ago. I’m glad that they’re as effective in pregnancy as they are in regular life. They’re pretty much the only thing that I do for my ab training since crunches and planks are a no no 🙅🏼‍♀️ after about 20 weeks. Here’s what they look like at over 9 months pregnant 😊💕 I do 10 reps in between super sets at the gym.. or while brushing my teeth or walking down the street 😜… they’re great! I think that everyone should do them pregnant or not… have fun 😘😘😘 #happyhumpday #positivevibes #38weeks
