Nikita Dutta is an actress, hailing from India, and works in the Bollywood film industry. She made her Bollywood film debut “Le Kar Hum Deewana Dil” in which she appeared in supporting role. While she made a television debut “Dream Girl” and is mainly known for the role of Suman Tiwari played in the serial “Ek Duje Ke Waaste”.

She was born on 13^th November 1993, Delhi, India, and the daughter of Anil Kumar Dutta and Alka Dutta. She has a sister named, Ankita Dutta with whom Nikita Dutta shared a strong bond. She did schooling from Mumbai and later graduated from St. Xavier’s College in Economics.

Career

Before joining the film industry, she took part in Femina Miss India and one of the top finalists of the competition in 2012. She started her career with a Bollywood debut movie named “Lekar Hum Deewana Dil” released in 2014 in which she played a supporting role for which she became popular. Later, she made her television debut “Dream Girl” and had run from 2015 to 2016. She is mainly known for the role of Aanchal Srivastava in the serial “Haasil” and it had run from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, she appeared in “Laal Ishq” and also worked in the major breakthrough movie named “Gold” in the same year.

In 2019, Nikita Dutta worked in the movie “Kabir Singh” in which she worked alongside Shahid Kapoor for which she got praised by everyone.

In 2020, she is going to appear in two movies, such as “Kargil Girl” and “Ticket To Bollywood”.

Achievements

Among various awards and honors, she won the Lion Gold Awards for the category of Best Jodi (Namik Paul) for the serial “Ek Duje Ke Waaste” in 2017.

July was a month when I was supposed to take a long vacation to switch off for a while. But I chose to address something that has been on my mind for a very long time. The timing seemed right and I signed up for the 200 hour teacher’s training course at @theyogainstituteofficial

Last 30 days have been all about learning and unlearning. This includes going back to books to study, waking up early to practise and reflecting on each day.

I have so much gratitude and joy to be recognised as a certified teacher from today onwards. While I get back to the chaos of this shooting life, I will try to carry this experience with me throughout. ^[1]
