Pandiarajan is a man who is blessed with multiple skills, such as; acting and direction. He is mainly known for playing leading roles in numerous Tamil movies. While presently, he is playing comic and supporting roles.
He was born on 2nd October 1959, Chennai, India in a middle-class family, and he is the son of Rathnam and Sulochana. Also, he has two sisters named, Geetha and Maheshwari.
Career Venture
He wanted to be a successful actor but initially, he decided to work as an assistant director because of his average height and appearance. After completing his studies, he wanted to learn the violin, and later, he joined Thamizisai College from where he learned to play the violin. Also, he did his diploma as Isai Selvam in 1977.
Afterward, Pandiarajan joined Thooyavan, who is a writer and worked along with him as an office assistant. Later, he met director K. Bhagyaraj and joined him as an assistant director.
He also worked as an associate director in the movie named “Darling Darling Darling” and worked for the story of the film “Kanni Rasi” which became most popular.
He made his career broad and his first directorial was “Kanni Rasi” which was released in 1985. In the movie, Revathi and Prabhu shared the screen space together.
Later, he directed the film named “Aan Paavam” in which he worked as an actor as well. It was his debut film. Among his other popular directorial “Kaivantha”, “Kalai”, “Doubles” are worth sharing.
Pradiarajan has worked in 90 Tamil movies and also appeared in one Malayalam movie named “Kathavasheshan” which became an instant hit. He also appeared in an English short film named “Help” which was nominated at the ArtDeco Film Festival in 2011.
Presently, he can be seen working in a television serial named “Mama Maaple” which is airing on Sun TV.
