An Indian former air hostess and actress, Richa Panai works in Bollywood and South Indian movies. She is particularly working in Bollywood, Tollywood, Mollywood and various ads. Richa Panai rose to fame after becoming a model and working for several brands and advertisements for the Indian jewelry company Bhima Jewellery.
Career
Richa Panai is basically from Lucknow, India where she was born and grew up. She always wanted to be an actress and her passion for becoming an actress led her to choose the right career path.
After completing her intermediate, Richa Panai took part in the beauty contest where she emerged as Miss Lucknow. Later, she professionally started her career as a model.
She then did a course and graduated from Delhi University. Later, she became an air hostess with Kingfisher Airlines.
Afterward, she was approached by Jabbar Kalarakkal who gave her first ad film. Subsequently, she got a chance to work in a Malayalam ad and later, made her debut film.
In 2011, she made her acting debut with a Malayalam film named ‘Vaadamalli’. In the same year, she then acted in two more movies including Bangkok Summer and Sandwich opposite Unni Mukundan and Kunchako Boban respectively.
Also, Richa Panai acted in a multi-cast Malayalam movie Crossroad (Lakehouse) that hit theaters in 2017.
Meanwhile, Panai made brilliant appearances in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada movies where she got immense recognition and praise from the South Indian viewers.
Achievements
In 2012, the multi-skilled star Richa Panai won the Asianet Film Awards for Best New Face of the Year ’12 (Female).
