Career

He wanted to be a director and did continuous efforts to grab the opportunity but he didn’t get the right one even after working for a Sridhar, who is a director. At the same time, he joined one of his friends, Vasu, and started looking for offers. After a constant struggle, he got the movie “Panneer Pushpangal” in 1981. The movie became the super hit movies of those times. While his fans and viewers love the story and the performances played by every star. Later, Santhana Bharathi started directing movies along with his friend, Vasu.

After directing five films along with his friend, Vasu-who was also a director of his own. While Santhana Bharathi’s most popular movies “Guna”, “Chinna Maaple”, “Mahanadhi” and others are worth sharing to watch.

Currently, Santhana Bharathi just focuses on acting in movies & television serials. However, he always expressed his love for direction only.
