EATING TONS OF PLANTS 🌱 VS EATING TONS OF MEAT 🥩 2 YEAR TRANSFORMATION!! . 🥦 HIGH FIBER KETO: When I first started keto three years ago—I ate tons of veggies! Every day, I ate huge salads and green smoothies because I was still under the impression that veggies were critical. I had lots of bloating and gut discomfort. Also had high anxiety levels! . 🤮 NOW: I eat basically no vegetables at all. Occasionally I will eat some berries (once a week) or have some lemon water, but my daily fiber intake is zero! And I feel fantastic! Digestion is great, no bloating, and I rarely ever experience anxiety anymore. . 💀 LOW PROTEIN: When I started keto, I ate much less protein than I do now—around 80-100g protein a day! I felt super weak—and very hungry. . 🍳 NOW: UNLIMITED PROTEIN! I currently eat around 200g+ protein a day! Shoutout to @tednaiman for changing my mind on this. . 🥓 HIGH FAT INTAKE: I used to drink bulletproof coffees, cover my meals in butter, eat macadamia nuts, dark chocolate, avocados, olive oil on my salads—just tons of fat! And it made me fluffy 😂 . 🧀 NOW: I consume just enough fat daily to feel satiated, have great hormonal function, and have energy! I only consume the fat already in my meat, eggs, or fish. I don’t add fat to meals. Daily fat intake is around 100-150g a day depending on how I feel. . 📊 PERSONAL MACROS: I find I do amazing on a high protein, moderate fat, low carb/low fiber approach.
