Career Journey
He attended the prestigious Brit School in Croydon when he was 14. Archie Madekwe stepped into acting with his debut TV series “Casualty” as Benjamin Mason in 2014. He perfectly played the supporting role of ‘Kai’ in the science-fiction thriller film “Voyagers” in 2019.
After theatre and film, Madekwe would now like to work on a high-end TV series. “TV at the moment is so exciting,” he says. “Some characters have an incredible arc and a journey you get to follow through the entire series. I’d love to have a character I could do such detailed work on.”
Ashley Madekwe is Archie’s cousin. They belong to a mixed family. Archie becomes very sensitive when it comes to his personal life. Regarding his upcoming project See (2019-) which is an American TV series produced for Apple TV+. Archie Madekwe portrayed Kofun in the series with co-stars Jason Momoa, Hera Hilmar, and Nesta Cooper.
