Geetanjali Thapa is the most prominent face of the Bollywood film industry as she has worked in many films so far. She is a victor of National Award Winning actress who appeared in the headlines of many dailies after winning the award for the Best Actress in the movie “Liar’s Dice.” She was born on raised up in Sikkim where she studied and did graduation. Later, she moved to Calcutta where she started working as a model and has done various modeling assignments. Also, she became the winner of Miss Mega North East which was held in 2017. Career

In 2006, Geetanjali appeared in an English debut movie “Myth” as a child star. It was a time when she was in school. The film was directed by Prashant Rasaily which was based in Sikkim. Later, she appeared in the movie named Tina Ki Chaabi” which was released in 2010. Also, she made an appearance in small advertisements and also gave auditions for various movies. In 2012, she appeared in the movie “I.D” which was directed by Kamal K.M, and fortunately, she was honored with two International Awards for the category of Best Actress. These awards helped her to get started with her professional career. Also, she had shared a screen space alongside a famed Indian actress Aishwarya Rai Bacchan for L’Oreal in 2013. Additionally, she appeared in “Liar’s Dice” for which she got the National Award for the category of Best Actress. It was directed by Geetu Mohandas who is also an actress and works in the Malayalam film industry. However, the film got various awards and got much appreciation globally. In 2013, she also worked in another hit movie named “Monsoon Shoutout” which was premiered at Cannes. However, she has acted in many projects for which she got immense love and recognition during her career life.
