Kunchacko Boban is a renowned Indian film actor as well as producer, who primarily appear in Malayalam movie Industry. In the year 1981, He made his first acting debut with the movie Dhanya. In this film he starred as a child star. Then in 1997, Kunchacko made his debut film Aniyathipravu in a leading role of Sudhish Kumar. He presently appeared in the movies like Johny Johny Yes Appa, Mangalyam Thanthunanena and Allu Ramendran.

Kunchacko Boban was born in Alappuzha, India on 2nd November 1976. His family is now settling in Kochi, Kerala, India. Boban Kunchacko is his father name who is a director, actor and producer of Malayalam movies and Molly is his mother name. Furthermore, Kunchacko Boban is the grandson of a well-known filmmaker Kunchacko and he is the man established Udaya Studios. Kunchacko Boban married to Priya on 2nd April 2005 in Little Flower Catholic Church, Ernakulam.

In the year 1981, Kunchacko Boban initiated his career in acting as a child star from the film Dhanya. Afterwards he made his acting debut with the movie titled Aniyathipraavu directed by Fazil and it was a megahit blockbuster that made him an overnight megastar. In 1990, Kunchacko was also one of the leading artists with the successful films like Nakshatratharattu, Mayilpeelikkavu and Niram. In the middle of 2000, he encountered a setback in his career and after that he once again made a comeback with the movie Gulumaal which has gotten an outsized success.

In 2016, Kunchacko Boban refurbished Udhaya Films which is considered as an iconic production house of Malayalam movies. As a producer, Kunchacko directed his debut movie Kochauvva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho which garnered well on Malayalam box office. For his production and acting, he won a number of awards like Kerala State FilmFare Awards, Asianet FilmFare Awards and many more. He was bestowed with Special Jury Award at Kerala State FilmFare Awards for his movie Ee Snehatheerathu directed by Sivaprasad.
