Poornima Indrajith is an emergent Indian actress, television anchor, fashion designer, and talk show host who appeared in Malayalam movies and television serials.

Poornima Indrajith was born in Thiruvananthapuram, India on May 21, 1980. She belongs to a renowned Pillai family settled in Kerala. Her father named Mohan Indrajith is a famous lawyer and her Mom Shanthi is a proficient dancer, who associated with her own dancing institute in Kerala. Poornima Indrajith also has a younger sister named Priya Mohan, who is also an uprising actress working in Tollywood film industry. Poornima is married and spending a happy married life with her husband and two kids. She has great affection for her family and spends scores of her time with her family.

Poornima Indrajith initiated her career as a model and afterwards moved ahead to host a musical countdown show titled Pepsi Top Ten aired on Asianet. She starred in a number of successful Tamil serials like Sthree oru Santhwanam, Oomakkuyil, Nizhalukal, Venalmazha and Kolangal. Poornima has also starred in a number of movies, comprising off Valliettan, Meghamalhar and Randam Bhavam. She was also bestowed with best supporting actress award for her stunning role in the movie Meghamalhar.

In the year 2000, Poornima Indrajith returned back to hosting with show Mega Swarnamazha aired on Surya TV. Far ahead, she hosted a number of television shows like Idavelayil, Kadha Ithu Vare , Made for each other season 2 and Kuttikalodano Kali. She has starred in numerous TV commercials too.

She is married to famous Malayalam actor Indrajith. The couple has two daughters named Nakshatra and Prarthana.  Poornima Indrajith is the daughter-in-Law of renowned Malayalam actress Mallika Sukumaran and actor late Sukumaran. Malayalam movie actor Prithviraj Sukumaran is her brother-in-law.
