Moammar Rana is a very famous and talented actor of both the Pakistan film and television industry. He was Born on 26th February 1974. His father was a former Pakistani cricketer, Shafqat Rana. Moammar Rana got married to Mehnaz Pervaiz on 25th October in 1998 after their performance in the Pakistani super hit movie “Deewane Tere Pyar Ke” Moammar Rana blessed with two daughters, Rea and Raneya.

Career Journey

Rana made his acting debut in a Pakistani movie “Kudiyon Ko Dale Dana” as a supporting actor. He made his victory in a super hit movie Pakistan film industry, named “Deewane Tere Pyar Ke” starred with Jia Ali. This film tells the story of a girl, Kiran who is the daughter of a Pakistani man and an Indian woman. That was the turning point of Rana’s career and he starred in numerous hit movies of the Lollywood, such as Fire, Channa Sachi Muchi, Jhoomar, Koi Tujh Sa Kahan alongside Veena Malik. He has made his acting debut in many Punjabi movies as well like Badmash Gujjar with Saima and Shan as Pohla. Moammar also has worked as a film director for “Sikander” and played the lead actor role in his film.

After becoming the success story of Pakistan film industry he also starred to the Pakistani soap dramas and telefilms and made his success in the blockbuster television soap dramas, like “Dil Diya Dehleez” starred with Faisal Shah, Hiba Ali, Sara Chaudhrywhich was based on the novel of the same name. Due to his expertise in acting, Rana became the judge of the first dance competition Pakistan, “Nachley season 2” along with the famous stars of Pakistan, Noor, and Faisal Qureshi. Now, Rana got the opportunity to show his talent in the Bollywood film industry and appeared in the movie “Dobara” with the co-actress Mahima Chaudhry in 2004. Then again he made his long-lived Bollywood debut in the movie Ek Second… Jo Zindagi Badal De? with Manisha Koirala and Nikita Anand who is a former Miss India.
