She appeared in a cameo role in the rom-com movie “Teri Meri Kahani” which was directed by Kunal Kohli and it was released in the year 2012. In 2009, she appeared in the Telugu movie “Kurradu” in which she appeared as Hema. In 2012, she worked in the Bollywood movie “Kya Super Kool Hain Hum” in which she appeared as Simran. While it was directed by Sachin Yardi. In 2013, she has worked in the movie “Jayanta Bhai Ki Love Story” and also made an appearance in the movie “Jatt Yamla Pagla Deewana 2”. In 2014, Neha Sharma worked in the movie “Youngistaan” which was directed by Syed Ahmed Afzal. In the same year, she was seen in “Kriti” which was directed by Shirish Kunder.
