Sikander Kher is a film and TV actor, hailing from India and belongs to a Hindu family. He exclusively works in the Hindi cinema and entertainment industry. He is popularly known for the performance in the debut movie “Woodstock Villa” which was released in 2008.
He did schooling from The Doon School, and then he got enrolled in Anupam Kher’s acting workshop. Anupam Kher is his step-father. Later, Sikandar Kher did a six-month theatre course from the National School of Drama to hone his acting skills. Sikandar Kher is the son of the famed actress Kiran Kher from her first husband Gautam Berry. Kiran Kher is also a politician.
Career
In 2008, Sikandar Kher made his film debut “Woodstock Villa” for which he got positive reviews. Since then, he appeared in various movies. Later, he appeared in another Bollywood movie named “Aurangzeb” in which he worked alongside late iconic star Rishi Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. In the movie, Sikandar Kher played a supporting role. While the film got critical acclaim from film critics.
Apart from movies, he also appeared in various TV serials including “Aarya”, “Sense -8” season 2- episode 4, and others are notable.
Personal Life
In 2016, he got engaged to Priya Singh who is the cousin of a famed actress Sonam Kapoor, but when things didn’t go well, they called off their engagement.
