Zahid Iftikhar Ahmed, popularly known as Zahid Ahmed- who is a Pakistani TV actor and a former RJ as he earlier worked as a creative manager at PTV World. The charming, appealing actor has the ability to win the hearts of many. He has acted in various projects for which he got praised by everyone. While he is mainly known for the role played in the serial “Zara Yaad Kar” starring Sanam Javed and Yumna Zaidi. However, he made his acting debut with a play named “Runs in the Family” (2006). Zahid Ahmed got critically acclaimed after appearing in the Anwar Maqsood’s directorial “Sawa 14^th August” and its sequel “Pawney 14^th August” and bot were released in the year 2014.

Career

Before joining the entertainment industry, Zahid Ahmed worked as a Creative Manager at PTV World, and later, he became RJ. While after some time, he turned his career into acting line and made his acting debut with a play named “Runs in the Family” in 2006. Since then, he frequently appeared in various projects. In 2014, he did two projects of Anwar Maqsood “Sawa 14^th August” and “Pawney 14^th August” for which he got critically acclaimed as he played the role of M. Ali Jinnah. In the same year, he made TV debut with a serial named “Mehram” which was aired on HUM TV. In 2015, he appeared as a villain in the serial “Alvida” and that performance helped him to win the Hum Award for the Best Villain. Also, he earned a nomination for the category of Best Supporting Actor. Subsequently, he accepted a variety of acting gigs in different serials including “Jugnoo” aired in 2015, “Tum Mere Paas Raho” aired in 2015, “Zara Yaad Kar” aired in 2016, “Besharam” aired in 2016 and the list goes on. While he recently gave wonderful performances in the serial including “Ishq Zah-e- Naseeb”, and the ongoing serial “Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida” starring Sonya Hussain. However, he has acted in various serials and plays for which he got huge recognition.

Achievements
