Career Journey
She started her career journey as a news anchor in Din News. Afterward, she worked as a newscaster at Waqt News for a small duration of time. A few years of working in the news channels, she then started her hosting career and worked as a co-host on a famous comedy show “Khabarnaak” alongside Aftab Iqbal which is broadcasting on Geo TV. After her hosting in the Geo television, she became popular and till now, she has hosted many shows, such as the “E-News” show on A-Plus.
After getting success in the news industry, she started her career in the entertainment industry. Since then, she has played lead roles in many drama serials, such as she portrayed a lead actress role in the 2015 Geo TV drama serial “Sada Sukhi Raho” opposite Kamran Jilani. The story revolves around the two bright and dignified girl.
Her lead role of cute and charming girls in Syed Imran Ali directed drama “Susraal Meri Behan Ka” alongside Beenish Chohan was also famous. This is the story of two sisters, Sanober and Alina. Sanober is the elder sister and has an intensive attitude whereas Alina is the younger sister and a caring girl. This drama was also aired on Geo TV. She then played as a Shireen in the 2016 Hum TV drama serial “Khawab Saraye” along with Muneeb Butt, Aiman Khan, Behroze Sabzwari, and Khalid Anam. The drama is the story of a rich man, Abrar Khan’s family where she played the supporting role.
