Duff Goldman is a pastry chef, television personality, and cookbook author. He is an executive chef at the Baltimore bakery Charm City Cakes, which was featured in the Food Network reality television show Ace of Cakes, and the Los Angeles bakery Charm City Cakes West, which is featured in the Duff Till Dawn and “Cake Masters” series of the Food Network.
Additionally, Goldman has appeared on the Food Network Challenge, Iron Chef America, Oprah, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and many more that are worth sharing.
In 2002, Duff Goldman launched his own business ‘Charm City Cakes’. Initially, the sales started as he worked out of his house in Charles Village in Baltimore, Maryland with the help of two assistants he appointed.
Eventually, the demand grew, and Duff hired some other employees, hired painters, architects, sculptors to work in the bakery.
Duff Goldman made cakes for President Barack Obama’s second inaugural ball held in 2013. He also baked cakes for Tom Clancy and the cast of ‘Lost’, ‘the 30 Rock’ cast, and other biggies.
