Neelam Muneer made her acting debut with her first drama series “Thoda Sa Aasmaan” as a lead actress stirring with Savera Muneer and Faisal Qureshi. Her most notable acting debut as the main cast was “Meri Behan Maya” with Danish Taimoor and Javed Sheikh in 2011 which based on the stories of two closed sisters and her stepmother. Following the next years, in 2018, she stepped to her success and played the leading role in social drama “Umm-e-Haniya” opposite Waseem Tirmazi which was broadcast on Hum TV. The drama tells about the very interesting story of a woman who wants to become a cricket. One day, she got an infant child in a park, she saves his life by facing many difficulties from society. In the same year, she portrayed the very popular role of Ulfat in the most acclaimed drama series of the year “Dil Mom Ka Diya” alongside Yasir Nawaz and Hira Mani, telecast on ARY Digital. The drama is about a young and beautiful girl who has her dreams, but incidentally, she married a businessman who is not fulfilling in her dream. The serial became one of the most-watched show and it was the second-highest-rated drama in the history of Pakistani television. She is currently appearing in the Geo TV drama serial “Kahin Deep Jalay” as Rida opposite Imran Ashraf. Neelam also made her Lollywood debut in the comedy thriller film “Chupan Chupai” opposite Ahsan Khan as Pari in 2017. This movie is the remake of the 2013 Indian Tamil language movie “Soodhu Kavvum”. This film is a comedy of three stupid friends who were cursed by luck. Neelam next appeared as Zoya in the Pakistani romantic-comedy film “Wrong No. 2” opposite Sami Khan, which was the continuation of the 2015 film Wrong No. The film tells the love story of a rich girl and a poor guy who was released on Eid al-Fitr, 2019. Both Chupan Chupai and Wrong No. 2 gained a major commercial and critical successes. Muneer will next appear in an item number in an upcoming film “Kaaf Kangana”, which will be released in 2019.
