Pawan Kalyan also known by his real name Konidela Kalyan Babu, is a well-known Indian movie actor, director, producer, writer, screenwriter, politician and philanthropist. His movie works are primarily in Telugu cinema. He is the younger brother of renowned actor Chiranjeevi. Pawan Kalyan made his first acting debut in 1996 Telugu movie Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi. In the year 1998, he featured in the movie Tholi Prema, which afterwards won National Filmfare Award for the Best Feature Telugu Film for that year.

He is recognized for his works in the movies Suswagatam, Gokulamlo Seetha, Tholi Prema, Thammudu, Kushi, Badri, Gabbar Singh and Jalsa, for which he won Filmfare Award for the Best Telugu Actor and Attarintiki Daredi, which emerged as one of the top grossing Telugu movies of all the time. Pawan Kalyan was also listed in Forbes India list of top Celebrities. He produces movies under the banner of Pawan Kalyan Creative Works and Anjana Productions. In 2014, Pawan Kalyan appeared into politics, establishing Jana Sena Party. Throughout that time period, He was recorded by Google as most demanded Indian superstar politician in Google Search.

Pawan Kalyan was massively recognized for his philanthropic work. He founded a charitable trust named Common Man Protection Force. This trust was established to help citizens who fall underneath EWS in states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He was also called to Harvard University in Boston to deliver a lecture in 14th edition of Indian Conference 2017 together with Madhavan.

Pawan Kalyan was born in Bapatla, India on 2nd September, 1971. He was born to Anjana Devi and Konidela Venkat Rao. Pawan is the youngest brother of Nagendra Babu and Chiranjeevi. He started to use the name of “Pawan” after a martial arts demonstration he planned to validate his training. Pawan also holds a black belt in karate.

He has been married 3 times to Nandini from the years 1997-2007, to Renu Desai from the years 2009-2012 and to Anna Lezhneva since 2013.  Pawan Kalyan has two kids with Renu Desai and two more kids with Anna Lezhneva. He is also the uncle of famous actors Varun Tej, Ram Charan, Sai Dharam Tej and Allu Arjun.
