Sayyeshaa Saigal typically known as Sayyeshaa is an uprising Indian movie actress who has appeared in Tamil and Hindi movies. She is the daughter of famous actors Sumeet Saigal and Shaheen Banu as well as the grandniece of legendary actors Dileep Kumar and Saira Banu.
Sayyeshaa completed her school in England till 5th grade after which she settled in India and completed her 12th Grade from Ecole Mondiale World School Mumbai. She has always been an exceptional student and scored around 90% all through her schooling. Even though academically bright, Sayyeshaa was always persuaded, even as a youngest kid, to music and dancing. She started formal dance training in London with Latin-American dancing style when she was only 10 years old.
Sayyeshaa made her first acting appearance in Tamil movie Akhil and also made her Bollywood debut featuring alongside Ajay Devgan in his directorial project Shivaay. She was extremely admired for her character in the movie though the best part of her career so far was her compliment to south Indian actors at SIIMA awards wherein she set the whole stage on fire with her magnificent dancing performance and grabbed numerous eyeballs. After failing to grab roles in Hindi movies, she has persistently worked in Tamil movies and has become one of the most demanded actresses of Tamil movie industry nowadays. In 2018, her movie Ghajinikanth was one of the top hits of Tamil movie industry. She was featured alongside megastar Tamil actor Arya in this movie.
