Career
In 2004, Divya Khosla Kumar took the start of her acting career with a Bollywood debut movie “Ab Tumhare Hawale Hai Watan Sathiyon” in which she worked alongside many stars including Bharti Singh who is a renowned stand-up comedian as well. In the movie, Divya Kumar played the role of Shweta Rajeev Singh. In the same year, she appeared in the Tollywood debut movie “Love Today”. Later, she also made an appearance in the music video songs including “Akkad Bakkad” and “Humne Pi Rakhi Hai” from the movie “Sanam Re”. In 2017, she also worked in the movie “Bulbul” which was a short film directed by Aashish Panday. In 2014, Divya Kumar made her directorial debut with a movie “Yaariyan”. Afterward, she also directed another romantic drama “Sanam Re” starring big stars including Yami Gautam, the late Rishi Kapoor, Bharti Singh, and others. In 2015, she also tried hands-on production and she made her debut with a movie named “Roy” starring Ranbir Kapoor. Afterward, she also did some production projects including “Khandani Shafakhana”, “Batla House”, and “Marjawaan”. Additionally, she appeared in some music videos including “Kabhi Yaadon Mein Aun” sung by Abhijeet Bhattacharya, “Zid Na Karo Ye Dil Ka Mamla Hai”. In 2019, she made an appearance in the music video song “Yaad Piya Ki Anay Lagi” sung by Neha Kakkar.
