1- Erkan Can’s Acting Career
Erkan took the start of an acting career in 1974. It was the time when he was just 16 years old. What’s more, he is among those people who started his career at an early age and became successful. Initially, she took part in plays at the Local Busra State Theatre and simultaneously he took acting lessons from the Industrial Vocational High School.2- He Joined Military Service
He started his military service from 1982-1984. Whereas, In 1985, he joined the theatre department of the Istanbul State Conservatory and made his debut screen performance in’ Davaci,’1986. The theatre play featured Erkan Can opposite Kemal Sunal. Though, the film was directed by Zeki Okten (1990).3- His Television Career

He also appeared in a small role in ‘Sokaktaki Adam’ (1995), the series was directed by Biket Ilhan and a featured role in the short Bana Old and Wise Cal (1998) which was directed by Cagan Irmak.5- Awards And Honors
He is an award-winning actor who has won numerous awards in his career life including the ‘Best Actor Award at Film Festivals in Antalya and Ankara as well as the Orhan Anzac Award. Also, he won the Golden Orange Award in the category of Best Actor twice for his outstanding roles in On Board and Takva: A Man’s Fear Of God’ and the Asia Pacific Screen Award in the category of the Best performance in the same movies.6- His Notable Work
He has acted in super hit movies, plays, and television series as well, but some of the most applauded work that made him famed are Vizontele (2001), which was directed by Yilmaz Erdogan and Omer Faruk Sorak.
