1. From An Educational Family

Both her mother and father are teachers. Her mother was a teacher who was also a printmaker. We don’t know what that meant for her growing up, but it shows her mother worked hard. When he wasn’t teaching high school in her hometown of Brooklyn, her father was a poet.
